They say it takes 30 days to create a new habit. I’m hoping that’s true!
Starting tomorrow and for the next 30 days, I’m challenging myself (and YOU!) to drink at least 8 cups (64 oz.) of water everyday.
As we all know, water is the quinchessential (I couldn’t help myself) fluid to replenish and revitalize our bodies. It provides tons of benefits, including keeping us looking and feeling good, so why not drink up?
