In this week’s vlog, I was ambitious and decided to take the children to not one, but TWO museums on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Did I mention that I took them a-l-o-n-e? Yes, chile. I sure did. A mama’s got to do what a mama’s got to do, right? Mmm hmm.
First, we went to Tinker, Hack, Invent at the The Henry Ford Museum. This hands-on, science-based event happens each Saturday and is free with museum admission or with membership. Then, we headed to the Charles H. Wright African-American Museum. I thought they were having a STEM event for the children, but nothing of the sort was happening when we arrived. We still enjoyed seeing some new things at the museum, though.
